Congratulations to Louise Bishop (Zinfra) on being named Excellence in Energy and Laura Canning (Komatsu) on receiving Mentor of the Year. It was an honour to present both awards and celebrate your outstanding contributions to our industry.

A special mention also to my wonderful table companions at Table 4—finalists Sunny Rutherford, Samantha Cleaver both from Potentia Energy and Elijah Fortescue from Essential Energy. Sharing the evening with such accomplished professionals made it all the more memorable, and it was inspiring to hear the stories, passion and expertise that each of you brings to your field.
